The Green Tower

1. Project title: Construction of the Green Tower

3. The Project:
The project is to construct a 22-floor tower with the technologies that are compatible  with nature in accordance with the world’s standards. These towers are idiomatically  called “green tower”. The tower has a revolving five-star restaurant and coffee shop floor,  a penthouse floor, a VIP suites floor, 12-floor hotel, an entertainment and sports space
floor, a food court, fast food and coffee shops, 4-floor shopping center and a car parking  area floor.  The project is spread over an area of 20,000 square meters and the building of 45,000  square meters. Of the total land, 3,000 square meters is allocated to the building while the
rest belongs to the green space and landscaping.
