A) Liability Limited Company

- Filling out company registration booklet (for Ltd. companies) including

- Two copies of the memorandum of association, filled out and signed by all the partners

- Two copies of applications, filled out and signed by all the partners

- Two copies of the articles of association, filled out and signed by all the partners

- Two copies of minutes of board of founders, filled out and signed by all the partners and mangers of company

- Copy of first page of Id. Cards of all the partners and managers of company (in case such individuals have legal entity, advertisement of gazette and agency action should be submitted instead of copy of Id. Cards

- In case the whole or a part of company’s capital is non-cash, calendar for non-cash capital should be provided by the partners

- Copy of economic activity permit to the favor of the company issued by the commercial management-economic activity card issuance section

- Payment of all charges relevant to company registration and gazette advertisement

- Sealing trade books of company (one ledger book and one daily book) after company registration -Important note: Before completing the documents approval of the zone companies registration office on the name proposed by the company as well as subject of activity of company should be obtained. Meanwhile, documents should be provided typed and if they are handwritten, they should be clear and readable with no erasure or lacquered and written with the same pen
