1. Project title: Construction of Negin Tower of Kish

2. Location: South of Island

3. The Project:
The project is to construct a 22-floor tower in the shape of a pearl as the symbol of the  Kish Island. The tower has a revolving five-star restaurant and coffee shops on the upper  floor, three floors of VIP suites, ten-floor five-star hotel, a sport space and swimming pool
and sauna, a conference hall and amphitheater floor, a 4-floor shopping center and a car  parking area floor.  The project is spread over an area of 50,000 square meters and the building of 66,000square meters. Of the total land, 7500 square meters are allocated to the buildings while
the rest belongs to the green space and landscaping.
