Regarding the cultural potentials as well as the physical-environmental attractiveness  of the Safin texture in terms of historical, natural, and cultural aspects, the Art garden  project by taking the advantages of indigenous artists’ capacities, inhabitant artists and  other talented artists and with the purpose of tourist attraction is on the agenda. This arttourism  complex with approximately 1,000 square meters area and 10,000 square metersof campus, with great emphasis on indigenous cultural–physical factors can provide the  possibility of attracting tourists.
