2. Location: the South of the Island

3. The Project:
This project pertains to the construction of lighthouse which has a recreational-tourism  function and purpose. The lighthouse is composed of following sections:
1. Different diet-food restaurants, seafood restaurant, Persian food restaurant, fast food,  coffee shop, and traditional cafe
2. Wharf (glassy floor which can be used for restaurant and other related affairs as well as  floating vessels for transportation and marine recreation)
3. A club for sea tour and marine recreation services
4. Art gallery and amphitheater
5. Viewing landscape (equipped with the required facilities to view the island landscape  from the top of lighthouse)
6. Live music place
7. Night lighting programs
8. Musical Fountain (small scale)
A land area of 12000 square meters has been considered for this project;1500 square
meters has been allocated to the buildings and the rest has been considered for green  space and landscaping.
The lighthouse is proposed to be constructed in 11 stories with an area of 13650 square  meters.
