-  Quality control of exported goods subject to mandatory standards, and prohibiting exporting inferior goods to facilitate the competition with the foreign counterpart commodities and protecting the international markets

-  Quality control of imported goods subject to mandatory standards for protecting consumers and domestic manufacturers, and prohibiting the importation of inferior goods

-  Test and conformity assessment of the imported goods, and issuing conformity certification for the exported goods subject to mandatory standards
