Regarding the cultural potentials as well as the physical-environmental attractiveness of  Safin texture in terms of historical, natural and cultural aspects, this project aims beyond  the physical structure and organization of the present texture and tries to guarantee the  improvement of living/cultural/social standards of this texture by predicting the welfare,  environmental, and necessary services for tourism development. To this end, the tourismroute which covers the texture totally was embedded in the east-west side as the main
pillar of the texture to monitor the existing traffic in the roadways. Further, it is also  expected that this tourism route provides all the services tourists need.
