Unfortunately, however, as there is a lackof infrastructural installations such as refrigeration chamber, a lot of fish caught perish. Therefore, a sub-zero refrigeration chamber can alleviate the condition and while stoppingfish being perished it can be a highly lucrative business for investors. Currently, 3.000 tonsof fish is being caught annually that its average value is 3,000 billion IRRs. This is while 20percent of this perishes and that is because of lack of preservation facilities. The value ofthe amount perished is more than 600 billion IRRs that can be saved through adequaterefrigeration and being marketed in different seasons through the year.
