3. The Project:
This complex includes a 14,000 square meters theme park designed in the shape of a golf  course. In this complex, the elements of a golf course will be used in smaller scales. It also  has 1,200 square meters of children’s play ground, a 250 square meters of commercial
booths and a 1,000 square meters of restaurants, fast food and coffee shops. These theme  parks are made in many different cities of America and people at different levels welcomethem very much because families can spend time at the park and enjoy playing golf as
amateurs besides using other extra services. Each round of golf takes 45 minutes and 100people can play in the playground at the same time.
