5. Project specifications
This project is about construction of a place for holding international exhibitions in Kish. This complex includes various arts such as exhibition salons, international gathering roofed salons, office and management buildings, warehouses, place for keeping trusts, emergency ward, firefighting station, security, mosque, parking lot, formalities, open display platform, restaurant and coffee shop complex, residential area and gas station. A property with an area of 272000sqm is considered for this project that 128250sqm of that area belong to the
buildings and the rest to green area and yard.
The project provides jobs for 151 people and its annual capacity is 1 million visitors.

9. permissions:
The permissions for any type of authorized economic activities in Kish free zoon are issued only by Kish Free Zone Organization. Meanwhile, if a plan needs to any other license and permits from
other competent authorities, the organization of zone will send the inquiries and the investor is only obliged to follow this subject
10. Construction and operation period:

The construction project will be done in 3 years and the operation phase is 15 years.

Kish Island is indeed one of the beautiful islands of Persian Gulf. Due to closeness to international waters and acting as a free trading zone, this island enjoys some unique advantages for holding international exhibitions and Kish Island hosts dozens of specialty and international exhibitions
every year. Presently, this island lacks an exhibition center in international standards level equipped with additional standard facilities. Therefore, constructing an exhibition center with fulfilling such advantages is so essential for the island
As the only entity in charge of infrastructure affairs in this island, Kish Free Zone Organization provides so significant supports for the investors interested in this field of activity.
