5. Project specifications
This project is concerned about construction of a fish processing and packing complex. For this complex, a fish processing salon with an area of 2000sqm, a fish packing salon with an area of 500sqm and a -50ton bascule are considered
The property required for the project has an area of 4000sqm out of which, 2800sqm is allocated to buildings and the rest to the area and parking lot This project will create jobs for 47 persons and its annual capacity for processing and packing is 2000
tons of fish.

8. Land ownership: The land of this project belongs to the Kish Free Zone Organization that can be leased to investors

9. permissions:
The permissions for any type of authorized economic activities in Kish free zoon are issued only by Kish Free Zone Organization. Meanwhile, if a plan needs to any other license and permits from
other competent authorities, the organization of zone will send the inquiries and the investor is only obliged to follow this subject
10. Construction and operation period:

The construction project will be done in 1 years and the operation phase is 15 years
11. Target market:

Presently, about 3000 tons of different kinds of fish are fished every year in Kish island and they are generally delivered to the market fresh and with no packing Kish Island presently lacks a fish processing center, while considering high amount of fishing in the island and interest of the tourists in buying fresh fish, a center for providing the tourists with well processed and packed products may be so effective in economic flourishing of the island and increase of added value in fisher part of the island
Likewise, since carrying fresh fish with no proper packaging is difficult for the tourists, it makes many of those intending to buy fish change their minds. Quality and processed products will absolutely materialize such potential demand and create a significant economic profit. This created added value is equal to %25 of value of selling unprocessed fish
